SurveySaurus offers five survey types with pre-built templates that are mobile friendly and fully customizable. Kelly Tran, CTO
Kelly Tran serves as the Chief Technology Officer for SurveySaurus and is the Founder and CEO of Appable, a startup factory and idea incubator that has built products for over 4 million users. In 30 months, Kelly has worked with and launched 17 startups, built over 120 apps, several of which are award winning, charting amongst the top in the Apple and Android App Stores. Kelly is mentioned in TIME magazine, the Journal Record, and is on the list of 2015 Oklahoma CEO Honrees.
Richard Schultz, VP of Sales
Richard Schultz is a sales and operations executive with 25 years of diverse leadership experience in developing and leading world class teams that drive consistent and profitable market share growth. He has led multiple companies’ sales and marketing organizations, transforming them into best-in-class performers. Rich has built and led teams in start-ups, mid-sized companies, and large teams for a Fortune 100 technology company. His focus on operational excellence, competition, sales organization structure, compensation plans, channel diversification, performance management, customer experience, and leadership enables Rich to help organizations not only grow, but become the fastest growing companies in their sectors. Rich holds an MBA from Baylor University.
Amy Sullivan, Managing Director
Amy Sullivan serves as the Managing Director for SurveySaurus and Executive Development Associates (EDA). She manages all day-to-day operations for both brands, as well as provides a wide range of administrative and logistical support. Amy received her B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Southern California and brings more than 13 years of experience in diverse environments with specific strengths in efficiency and customer service. Prior to joining SurveySaurus, Amy spent a significant portion of her career with Principal Financial Group in their wellness division where she gained experience collaborating with all divisions of the company as well as working with brokerage firms and executive level management. She joined EDA in early 2014 and served as a Client Services Project Manager before becoming Managing Director.
Erin Terry, Director of Marketing
Erin Terry serves as the Director of Marketing for SurveySaurus and Executive Development Associates (EDA). Erin received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Marketing from Texas A&M University and brings more than a decade of experience in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with specific strengths in content development, campaign management, and communication strategy. Prior to joining EDA and SurveySaurus, Erin spent ten years with Southwest Airlines working in various roles in the Marketing and Purchasing departments. Erin manages holistic marketing and brand management efforts for both SurveySaurus and EDA. Her goal is to create an exceptional customer experience for both current and potential clients that will lead to long-term success for all parties. She joined EDA in 2014 and served as a Client Services Project Manager before becoming Director of Marketing.
Minh Tran, Technical Product Manager
Minh Tran serves as a Technical Product Manager for SurveySaurus. Minh received his B.S. in Telecommunications from Seattle University and brings extensive experience in building products for tech start-ups in many verticals, such as education, health care, and social media. Minh joined the SurveySaurus team in 2016 through SurveySaurus’ collaboration with Appable, where he is the Chief of Product. Minh enjoys listening to clients’ needs and turning them into new products ideas.
Thanh Tran, Technical Product Manager
Thanh Tran joined SurveySaurus as a Technical Product Manager in 2016. With a strong background in artificial intelligence and data science, she drives product vision and innovation to enhance and simplify survey technology, so that SurveySaurus customers can get meaningful feedback faster. Thanh received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Boise State University. Prior to joining SurveySaurus, Thanh was a lead engineer at Micron Technology, where she spent most of her time inventing, building, and testing NAND flash circuitry.
Ellen Botsford, Project Manager
Ellen Botsford serves as a Project Manager for SurveySaurus and Executive Development Associates (EDA). Ellen received her B.S. in Agricultural and Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis and brings over 20 years of experience in database management, quality assurance, and project management. Ellen managed the launch of SurveySaurus and oversees continuous feature enhancements by working closely with software engineers. Prior to joining SurveySaurus, Ellen spent most of her career with CNET, a brand of CBS Interactive, where she held various roles in database and product development. She was a leader in the launch of major data management projects as CNET grew from a start-up to an established technology hub. She joined EDA in early 2013 and became part of the SurveySaurus team in 2015.
Maria Ehlis, Client Services Project Manager
Maria Ehlis serves as a Client Services Project Manager for SurveySaurus and Executive Development Associates (EDA). Maria received her B.A. in Communication Studies and a B.A. in Health and Sports Studies from The University of Iowa. Maria really enjoys working with clients making sure all of their needs are met. Her areas of expertise include account management, project management, and customer service. Prior to joining SurveySaurus, Maria spent a significant portion of her career with Principal Financial Group having worked both in the wellness department and the financial services division. She joined EDA and SurveySaurus as a Client Services Project Manager in 2015.
