Bonnie Hagemann, Co-Founder and CEO
Bonnie Hagemann is the CEO of Executive Development Associates and the Founder of SurveySaurus. Hagemann has over 16 years of experience successfully leading consulting firms through times of rapid growth and acquisitions as well as economic downturn and downsizing, in addition to 26 years of experience coaching, educating, and developing leaders. As a leader, Hagemann drives visionary culture with high quality, extreme professionalism, and deep compassion for the leaders and organizations EDA and SurveySaurus serve.
Annette White-Klososky, Co-Founder and Business Development
Annette White-Klososky is the CEO of SurveySaurus. Annette has 20+ years of experience working to influence change and results within organizations. A successful entrepreneur and organizational development expert, Annette built a peer advisory business in less than a year comprised of members representing companies with 40,000+ employees and $23 billion in revenue that was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine. She is passionate about equipping leaders with measurable people analytics data and much more via SurveySaurus platform.
Amy Sullivan, Managing Director
Amy Sullivan serves as the Managing Director for SurveySaurus and Executive Development Associates (EDA). She manages all day-to-day operations for both brands, as well as provides a wide range of administrative and logistical support. Amy received her B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Southern California and brings more than 13 years of experience in diverse environments with specific strengths in efficiency and customer service. Prior to joining SurveySaurus, Amy spent a significant portion of her career with Principal Financial Group in their wellness division where she gained experience collaborating with all divisions of the company as well as working with brokerage firms and executive level management. She joined EDA in early 2014 and served as a Client Services Project Manager before becoming Managing Director.
Maria Ehlis, Client Services Project Manager
Maria Ehlis serves as a Client Services Project Manager for SurveySaurus. Maria enjoys working with clients making sure all of their needs are met. Her areas of expertise include account management, project management, and customer service. Prior to joining SurveySaurus, Maria spent a significant portion of her career with Principal Financial Group having worked both in the wellness department and the financial services division.
Liv Hoang, Product Liaison and Client Services + Ops.
Liv Hoang serves as a Product Liaison for SurveySaurus. Liv is skilled in streamlining operations and optimizing procedures to improve productivity. She received both her B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma and has 5 years of experience in the industry. Liv has gained expertise in coordinating diverse teams while managing multiple projects and building technologies for more than a dozen startups.
